According to the latest help wanted ad for Top Draw, they are already claiming that Grom is a public company so I'd imagine this acquisition is basically a done deal, though I don't see anything in the SEC filings, SOS filings, etc that would indicate it is yet.

Once this Grom Holdings acquisition gets PR'ed though I would think this should be pretty good. I mean in terms of pure employee numbers this is one of the bigger mergers/acquisitions that I've seen on the OTC. They are already talking about needing to hire an additional 100 employees at TDA, bringing the total to 600.
