Still not going to tell anyone that the phone number you are giving is actually PrimeClerk, and not VNR? Your "interpretation" is based on info from a Court Clerk, not anyone from VNR..?

You will not have to "spend new money on warrants", they will be issued on a pro rata scale based upon your holdings at the moment of truth.
