It already bottomed out after offering was announced back in June and offering was completed weeks ago and it looks like the stock is in the start of an upswing to 1.30 range in the next two weeks jmho.
CEO needs to get his arse in gear...slacking on timeline is unaceptable and he needs to do a better job.
Having said that... Better load now the VKTX train is leaving the station. :]
