I'm not so sure...as once again, various aspects in play.

You have a pull back following a 100% short term gain, followed by a display of many exiting the market leading up to DoJ....

Will their statements/announcements be to proceed and close everything down? I don't think that will be the case, but such an action would absolutely collapse the sector overnight...and they're a little unpredictable for quite a few to throw the dice on.

It's one thing to have a position subject to a 10% swing either way......completely another to have holdings turn into $0 overnight. Sector as a whole seems to be taking a hit leading up to it with quite a few people exiting, so...

This could be a painful week leading up to it....but a favorable position by DoJ I think will have an immense impact on market.

I personally would like to see favorable DoJ and some support established to re-enter heavy. (Prepared to do so).

My positions are pretty heavy.....and I just can't bring myself to throw such a large amount of cash on Sessions being "reasonable, rational, and logical"..... There are many cases in which I readily take the position of " I'll bet you $500k" :) lol. This one, I can't...I believe it will turn out favorable, and everything will be fine...but I'm not ready to lay $1MM (cash) bet on it. I'm pretty aggressive.....but that's a little too "risky" for my blood....

Well prepared though to enter heavy when meets my satisfaction though ;)

Going to be quite the week or two coming up for cannabis.
