I agree with you that is coming down to all or nothing. The problem is if it is good news it will obviously be released and all of us will be happy - on the other hand if it is bad or greatly delayed news nothing will come out and it will dwindle to nothing over a long period of time.

I doubt that you will ever hear hanks say it is all over, if that becomes the case nothing will be released and no one will know for sure it is dead.
