i'm not sure that's relevant. the renewal date at NV is 11/30/2017. on 11/30/16, the date fees were paid, they were still needing to be current for over 7 months, up to the date of the last PR, 6/21/17.

i'm sticking with the most obvious clues: RR bought a majority of the shares and will retain the public vehicle after RVUE inc is dissolved.

that's enough for me to remain very bullish.
