You have to have tons of patience and perseverance to hold these mining shares. When they're hot and moving higher they're great, but when they're out of favor they're dead money, like this has been since last year.

I was hoping the break-out higher was going to happen last year when we had the nice move off the bottom, but it didn't happen. I also hope we see money come back into the miners in the second half. We just need to see money coming out of regular stock market into the mining shares. I hope a market sell-off will do that, because that's probably what it will take.
