Both options make sense, either way what a position to consider. I believe Tom wants to make this his signature career event for all involved, including shareholders who he's befriended

They've ALREADY been a buyout target...Tom has turned down multiple buyout offers. Once we're current and big government/telecom deals are announced, the price tag is going to go waaay up. Tom won't sell any time soon though, not until BVTK is worth billions

He'll sell if the price tag is big enough...Tom wouldn't be negotiating with somebody if he wasn't interested in selling
