Many have pointed out that the fins drop could have purposely been done Friday after hours to give room for digestion and expect news Monday. A buddy of mine pointed that the 10k could be a pre requisite to an upcoming deal closing. We've all seen it dozens of times. A company is required to come current before closing a major deal... kaboomskies
