It doesn't matter all of our common shares will be dead in the water after the reverse split.

So to all the longs that gave Derek the support and money all these years. They get rewarded with a couple of dollars instead of being taken along for the ride.

Derek can at least give the longs a good run > $1.5 before the reverse split.

Reward the loyalty ......and not dilute the hell out of every run
