No they haven't!! Clinical trials. gov still has it recruiting but hasn't been updated since January 2017 so that doesn't help but bringing Bristol Meyers in this late and going straight into a phase 3 has to make you think that
1. Either AZN decided to walk away from its right for first refusal
2. One of the parties did not like the combo data to date
3. Advaxis stated that BMY was a stronger fit(but then why are we paying)
4. If they already had patients enrolled(which we know they did) I don't think they can just stop the trial at this point. They can stop recruiting new patients but don't think they can stop treating enrolled patients!

Anybody else have any theories of what might be going on?
