lol, they are not currently just "buying shares at .000005"

these shares are converted at that price from previous convertible promissory notes and issued from the company. .000005 is the conversion rate.

they have more than made their money back on all of their loans to the company. I guess a basic understanding of how floorless convertible notes work would help
