Kevin had everything to do with the filings and did most of the heavy lifting. After all, it is his name and attestation on the filings, nobody else. I know he isn't putting out anything with his signature without going through each item with a fine-toothed comb and ensuring it is accurate...particularly given the history of inaccurate and fraudulent filings that Medinah's past BOD unwittingly put out due to the misrepresentations made to them by Les Price.

It was Kevin who went back at least 8 years and researched all of the corporate documents, board resolutions and past fraudulent transactions. It was Kevin who did all the negotiating with past perpetrators (unwitting or not) to recover shares that Les Price fraudulently distributed. Kevin received legal and accounting advice from the professionals on items beyond his pay grade, but he is the one who did all of the legwork to compile, organize and present the information in the filings.

Don't believe me? Reach out to him ([e-mail]) and ask him just how much effort was involved in compiling and correcting the company filings and who did what and in what capacity. He's not hiding from the answers, and more importantly, unlike opinions without any factual support, he's not making stuff up.
