We have until August 30 to figure this out when our proxy votes gets counted. Also the third quarter 10Q due around August 15 will be heavily analyzed and will influence the vote.

Now the $3M mezzanine financing commitment from two institutional investors does not look bad because it is the traditional financing we have been squawking about all along.
