Sooooooo.....h doesn't want to spend 5grand to file fins??? Even though just the fact that he filed would move the stock considerably....not because of the content, but because of the fact that it would prove the company had rev and was still doing meaningful business.

That's not worth 5grand??? His loyal shareholders aren't worth 5grand?????
