CL--the logic here makes perfect sense. I've got a question for you though---Why would they (AMDA) file this if they state the "July_2017" in their proxy (assuming aqusition occurs before the end of the month?) If it occurred before the end of the month, then the SP would be above a dollar before the 10 day clock starts ticking---so if that's the case why file the proxy? They wouldn't need to because the wouldn't need additional time for the settlement period of up to 60 days..... Am I missing a piece to the puzzle here?
