Hate to say it, but the feeling one gets from the stock price and lack of activity, is that RSPI is circling the drain. They're undoubtedly trying hard to raise funding and find partners, but that has been the case for years.

Just when you say that though, a partner or funding entity might come along. But bottom line, the stock looks destined for sub-dollar soon, barring a reprieve on the funding front.
