Wrong accusation from fraudulent partners

With Regards to the Komi oil deal, it happened as followed:

Gaetano, Billbarter and Komioil were discussing the processes and contract for Gaetano to acquire Komioil.

Following discussion with our lawyers with regards to request from the seller to transfer some of our payments outside of the Russian federation into private accounts. We requested for the contracts to be redone. We asked for all the payments to be made into business accounts and most likely in Russia in escrow accounts with lawyer. However the other side insisted it had to be done as initially requested outside of Russia and into personal accounts. After discussing that matter at length with our lawyer we came to the conclusion that we didn't want to take part in any way shape or form in tax evasion or any other forms of non disclosure to the Russian government and therefore decided to pull out of the deal. We were very disappointed as we had gone to serious length already and the final payments were the only thing left before total acquisition.

The quote above used a garbage domain also like the link that was posted calling Billbarter a fraud. Even if their is something here it sounds to me like a deal went bad and doesn't always mean fraud. It sounds like a disgruntled client if in fact it is real. I searched for any legal law suites filed pertaining to this and found nothing.
