This is basically about the same thing my sister (who is also invested) said.

I agree that the CEO may be too busy
dealing with "all the obstacles to overcome," but that is why you hire a good IR person.

I guess I could point to the IR lady Jennifer as the reason for substandard IR work. But when it comes down to it Jack is the one that should be making sure everyone, not just Jennifer, but everyone on his team is adequately fulfilling their position/role.

I do understand your point and maybe, just maybe I'm a little too hard on our CEO. But it all starts from the top.
