Ok lets say you were so rich that you could waste 5 billion dollars and it would not even phase you. There is 7 billion os commons. You decide you will buy the entire OS within six months. You don't even announce it you dont have to you are just a shareholder. Before you bought back six billion shares 1 billion remaining would suddenly realize that you are out of funds and cant afford to buy the other one billion. That is reality. Why not rs. And save your money. It is unrealistic to think you can put a dent in the OS with 200 or 300 million dollars.
