There are many things that the company may use the shares for. For instance, they could do an equity swap to acquire part of another viable business--there are any number variables...the raising of the A/S doesnt mean absolute dilution to shareholders. We might wake up some morning to be pleasantly surprised at the final outcome. Anyway, if you have money in this you cant afford to lose you better sell and hit the road.
