Revenue is declining (not due to product demand, due to a major reduction in the sales force...54 positions to be exact) they are losing money quarter after quarter, yet they are able to convince the 4.25% note holders that they should trade in their $52 million worth in notes for only $36 million in notes and only 1.1 million shares valued currently at $5 million? So the note holders took an $11 million bath for the hell of it? These note holders basically purchased those 1.1 million shares at around $14 per share...so why would they do that for a company with declining revenue and losing money each quarter? They are obviously expecting the share price to be substantially higher than $14 per share very soon. Sounds like a BO or a major partnership that will bring in a large volume of revenue is also imminent...GSK?
