One other question. Why the hell would they put the conversion notes even IN the Q1 2016 under recent events. Is there some kind of regulation involved with that?

Seems to me with 4 or 5 more K/Q's coming that will cover the time period of the notes, that would be the place to put them, if you ask me. Ideally the more current reports will have much better revs, so putting the convertible notes in the 10K that cover that time period would be a good news/bad news scenario.
Not just bad news.

I don't get it - so I'll go with the tried and true "They're keeping it low for the angel investor buyback" - but I was much happier with not keeping it low.
