thank you for the intelligent response. That makes sense.

I fear that these note conversions are going to out way the true worth of this company right now. And basically you are saying that PPS is going lower FOR NOW.

That of course doesn't mean PPS wont go higher in the future but for now, dilution is going to drive PPS lower.
