What you should really be doing is trying to verify by either direct DD or by a dependable third party who can testify to the fact, that what was written in that PR has any validity at all. Based on the history here, and based on the tract record of all OTC CEO's, the odds favour that what you read in a PR is bogus, with the intention of selling shares to unsuspecting investors.

For your information, doing DD is not reading a PR from the most biased source (the CEO) and pretending that is all you need to do. Real DD is verifying what is written directly or indirectly through a known reliable source. None of us can do that. We are all outsiders here and at the mercy of these OTC scum CEO's.
