Who said he is lying or benefited. They can't clear any certs that are from the recent AS because of the Chill and it's even difficult when OTC isn't current.

Since some of us don't speak to Marshall is he an officer of KRFG presently?

I just don't understand the benefit of gaging the TA, making up things about OTC etc.

If they provided some disclosure about KRFG that would be helpful.

There has not yet been a r/m so I am only looking for information on KRFG.

There is no reason getting current on OTC isn't simple here. They either can't provide financials which will make the audits they now claim pretty difficult or they can't provide the proper share count info which will make the DTC Chill clear in difficult.

This is only KRFG info. Whatever their present business is has no relevance to these issues. Your are only providing KRFG info at this time.

If they provided the disclosure there wouldn't be questions.

I am sure if I was speaking to the guy or emailing I might feel different.

Either way I am content to keep digging and wait and see what happens but I haven't been convinced to buy more yet.
