hey guys im new here and i have been doing my DD..well i got to looking around and what i found is that dolv was bought mainly and only because of ji ming yang amperex technology one of dolv sudsidaries..which is a private company..now with that said if you look into ji ming yang instead of dolv you find more out..there is a company called contemporary amperex technolgy...catl there also talking about a company called amperex tech..atl and said was owned buy tdk..they go to talk about renaming this and getting it on the chinese exchange..so is it possible dolv was bought just for ji ming yang tech..and they will just rename that part and dolv will sit here and just go dark and nothing over here .U.S. will be connected to what we know as dolv..im only here to help try to get info out and i do hope this stock blows its top. but after reading another way it seems that they have already took what they wanted from dolv and gave it a new name catl...this all may be old news to you guys but if not start reseaching ..CATL..and see what you come up with..
