Sea Alice, I've never said they weren't going to win the ARB, I thing they will and said numerous times that I thought they would receive around 75 million, but when is the question. I will certainly bet you that by Aug 8th they will have announced nothing in regards to winning the ARB. If you've read what I've been saying, I'm just not in the camp thinking that Aug 8th is the deadline for an ARB win announcement. Nor do I think the FDA hold will be released by then. Now that were are pulling away from the $2.50 resistance level we are likely to test the $2.13 to $2.00 level next week. I'll say it again, if SMART MONEY though that the ARB was a done deal on Aug 8th and it was a win we certainly wouldn't be heading south.
