lll..I have never seen a handle consolidate this high on a cup with handle chart formation in 10 years. This handle is very very strong and that makes this chart very very bullish!

We have two BIG things working for us with this chart....

1. The right rim of the cup is higher than the left rim and...

2. The handle is consolidating at a high level on the chart. In fact it actually made a new 52 week high during the handle formation.

That is what I call BULLISH!
