Its not a loan its a dilution share sale which costs him nothing and raises him free money there is nothing to pay off,

If I were Georgie, I'd pay off remaining Kalani loan from cash on hand

He can always pay off the balance of the ships but why bother when so many are willing to give him money to do it, plus he would have no cash in the kitty and would need to raise more money until the income from the new ships starts to role in.

I am hoping GE is smarter than you if you think its a loan LOL
