They point is...despite the talk of billionaire investors and paying down debt and revenues , etc...they had to issue convertible notes ($500+K worth) LAST MONTH for cash. The terms of those notes are WORSE than the ones they were converting in June...40% DISCOUNT.

So despite all the "talk" and "tweets" this company is still dependent on toxic financing.
