Dr. Gulas claimes the funding is a total lie...

Yet NTEK IR (aka David Foley) insists the funding is imminent. Who would you believe - a Harvard-education Doctor who has submitted a sworn affidavit to a circuit court judge under penalty of perjury as being sworn and true, or some random bullshit from a convicted Federal Felon?

Notice also that Dr. Gulas states - under oath - that he was never compensated whatsoever for his out-of-pocket expenses at AFM or Cannes, nor was he, SWIG or SWIG contracted employees ever given promised compensation. Nor was SWIG ever paid a dime for streaming and hosting, which is why Gulas pulled that plug.

Dr. Gulas further states that his Corporate NTEK email address was never sent any information. And as we now know, that's because Foley hijacked it long ago.

This criminal enterprise is unraveling minute by minute.
