If anyone really cares about promoting the new company, The new company name should be done, all of the Nvob information should be removed, the announcement from OTC about the symbol change should be put on the main page and a link to the new company's website should be provided. The names and back rounds of the key people of the new company to be at is as well but I think the current information on the page now about the new company is sufficient if it's maintained.
