I understand your frustration, However Please understand, I have not "Chosen not to reply," as you have accused. I am looking into ALL your questions and concerns, and intend to address them as I am able to.
I want to apologize that I have been very busy lately, but rather than not responding to anything, I saw a question that I easily knew the answer to, and wanted to make a reply.
If your username is an accurate representation, I am sure that you understand how busy life can get with two toddlers and a career.
Please understand, I'm not some evil corporate entity out to get you. Posting on Social Media and Message Boards is not something that I typically do, and it is taking some time to work it into my routine. You have concerns and I will do my best to get answers.
Like I stated when I joined this group, I am doing this of my own volition. I believe in this company, and seeing negative opinions of a company that I have faith and trust in, I wish to provide answers that can hopefully allay some fears.
I don't have all the answers, but I am trying. Please take a moment to realize I am not your enemy and your anger does not need to be directed at me.
