Sir, I do apologize but I don't want to share any specifics. I was very hesitant in even posting what I did post. My main purpose is to help eliminate the concerns that many may have had.

I would assume that a pr will be released immediately after the filing and receiving of the permits. However, with Mr. Hanks, maybe not.

The part that really excites me is that he/she said, "Officially, the permit can take up to 45 days. Under the rule we are submitting under, we expect to have it granted immediately.

My interpretation of that statement is that when they go to the Texas Department of Environmental Quality, they will be walking out the door with the permits.


"Also, did you say two weeks from today?"

I didn't say two weeks. The within two weeks is a direct quote from him/her. This was stated today.
"We anticipate submitting and receiving the air permit within the next two weeks’ time."
