Truth!!

KH could simply buy a random shell corp for $600k if he wanted to take Vivos public. Why install someone like BL as CEO? He is being sued by Zapata and has a toxic track record. If Vivos has such huge potential why turn it over to BL for $7m or less?

Pumper Stumper- close this board down after the vote, regardless of the outcome. Don't allow it to become the
vehicle for a pump and dump scheme. The last one caused enough damage.
