So after many, many emails to many people, I have finally made contact with someone that has pretty much eliminated all my concerns.

Let me say this, I know people on here are going to be skeptical and asking for specifics as far as who the emails were from as I would be skeptical myself. After all, we are all strangers outside of ihub.

Quite frankly, I don't want anyone flooding this person with emails and possibility causing me to lose my connection with him/her.

You can choose to believe me or not, that's purely up to you. But I can say that anyone that knows me personally knows that I live by honestly and integrity. My beliefs require it (PTL). And even for the years on ihub one thing is certain, no one has ever claimed that I am untruthful.

So what I'm going to share is part of 2 email responses that I received after a brief back and forth concerning the permits.

1st email "We anticipate submitting and receiving the air permit within the next two weeks’ time."

2nd email "Officially, the permit can take up to 45 days. Under the rule we are submitting under, we expect to have it granted immediately. This is based upon many conversations with Texas Department of Environmental Quality."

The reason that I'm sharing this is because many on here are pretty frustrated as I was and although I still would like to hear from our CEO or the IR rep, I'm satisfied that this is accurate information. What I'm not satisfied is how much digging I had to do to get this information. It should have come from Hanks.

One thing I can say about Mr. Hanks is that it is obvious that he doesn't particularly care about us investors.
