I told this board on Monday that I closed my position. The main reason was because the continued increase in O/S looked like it was going to max out and then an increase in A/S. But then there's this...related to your question >>>

Before I closed out I was adding at .0008 and .0007. But there were two occasions when MM's were jumping under my bid (all of our bids). One time, the bids were .0008 but there was big dumpage at .0007...and another bid jump in subsequent days under my .0007 bid (our bids) to dumpage at .0006.

IMHO, which I can't prove, Kate did something illegal. She had prearranged with MM's to not sell certain orders to retail and to sell only to _______ (fill in the blank).

Instead of calling a lawyer or notifying the SEC, I decided to just get out. Kate won, I lost. By the way, this is the same woman who said this >>>

I really REALLY believed in this company and CEO at one time. What a fool!
