Not sure why everyone here thinks that there is an ARB win in the bag. If that were the case this stock would be flying right now on huge volume. We haven't moved since trickle forwarded the news that InVen and the insurance company are squabbling over what? We can really only speculate. The way I see it we are no closer to an ARB win than a fed hold release... If there were even an inkling of news out there going either way the stock price would show it plan and simple. You ask why would someone sell right now, because everyone here thought this would be done and settled back last DEC, then Jan, Feb April and so on. Bigger investors have been fed the same spin from Greet as well with ZERO to show for it. This stock has proven to be a horrible investment for everyone on this board as well as every fund or large investor, minus the guys in the Caribbean, that bought 30 million at $.06 and sold at $.18
