People have been talking ticker, but if all stands as it is, T-Mobile wouldn't even want to absorb TALK, they are essence contractors to the giant TMUS.

There are other long shots like if the iTalk smartphone prototype even exists, might be something T-Mobile may want, but that again is a big if.
