My concern is quite obvious from my post history.

I'd bet 100 to 1 odds that there will be a reverse split one day in order to clean up the mess that was left on the OTC. Common shareholders will be wiped out. That's the best possible outcome in my opinion, if it happens soon.

The more plausible outcome is that they will continue this game for many years to come- dragging out the fantasy of being an industry giant, just before an industry giant comes and squashes them. All along the way Derek and friends pocket millions- and hard working dreamers on this board are the ones paying for his Tesla(s).
