Brand new company how can I prove you wrong or even right for that matter? The very first audit has not even been completed yet due to unforeseen complications and circumstances. This was a private company who did a reverse merger to become a public company so obviously there will be some adjustments and hurdles along the way along with know having to answer to hundreds of shareholders...

All we can prove is that united ambulance is a profitable company and going strong.

The bet/gamble/lotto/investment here is the ability to continue to acquire more companies that are already profitable like Untied Ambulance and that the newfound company(ies) continue to be profitable without taking on anymore toxic financing.
