Honestly I think that they will just sell all of the assets and also all technology and the company will cease to exist and all shareholders will be left with nothing -this is not the same as selling the company -I've seen it too many times before -a good example was TWA -I was one of the unfortunate people who invested thinking they would see the company but instead liquidated all of the planes and disappeared- I've had winners and losers over the years -that's the name of the game -
