Wrong they need to fund negative operating cashflow plus capital expenditures. If that's what you got from the news release I'd suggest your dd is lacking. They probably have aprox 40-50 million in cash prior to this raise so I guess they can say the 25 million is for capital expansion purposes, but they will need to follow mmpr's astute SOP observation they raise once a quarter and cash will be down another 30 million plus this q.....I'd love to talk to the investor and find out what they know that I don't....do they have inside information???? Because all of the public information surely doesn't lead to a positive investment decision. Not for a professional investor anyways...
