Okay let's fast forward 3 days to 6/29/2017. That day it closed at .52. It was no longer overbought at that point, but it was 9 days after the gap.

Is it bullish that day? at the close at .52, apply the 3-day rule. Now what? be advised that it's been 3 weeks since and not once has TMPS closed at .52 since that date.
