There is a big difference between today after the R / S and the past!
On Monday there is a court decision that can decide to stop dilutions and damage to shareholders. This was not the case in the past. If such a decision is made, the share will rise 15 times. Anyone who is short is taking a huge risk. I'm buying today.
Our problem is the dillutions and not R / S.
R / S does not change the value of the company and there is no law that prohibits it, however dilution at a price so lower than the value of the company, and actions contrary to the interests of the shareholders is illegal, everyone sees and knows it, and the court should see and stop it.
