The difference is that John is a real businessman with the credentials, and has a distinguished background that is verifiable.

He has a genuine concern for the shareholders and has made and effort to touch bases with all of us on and individual bases.

Astrom has a background too but is subject to imprisonment.
He made every effort to avoid his shareholders. He never answered one of my e-mails.

Astrom couldn't run a candy store without having to pay visits to the dentist on an ongoing bases. hahahaha
