Just curious. Doesn't there have to be a vote to hire a new CEO & board members? Wouldn't shareholders vote?

What did Toby & mike get for stepping down??? Side deal??!? Buyout?? If so the shareholders should be told! They did not own a majority of the shares (according to the last filings)

Interested to see what happened!
