June 30th is our year end. The 10-K is the year end filing and the SEC requires it to be filed no later than Sept 30th (90 days for the end of year 10-K). We are going to endeavour to file our 10-K by August 15th. It requires a bit of extra work, but we are going to try hard to meet that date.

The 10-Qs are required to be filed within 45 days.
