An ST poster, Drumm, is trusted by many and has called/talked to Haen. According to him in mid June Haen was still saying end of June for sclc results. It takes weeks for the CRO to create the data report so the CRO would have told CYTR that the report would be ready by end of June, otherwise Haen would not just make that up. So what changed? The results cannot be confidential just because SK says so because it is a material event. Maybe SK figured out a way to hold off on the data release with some kind of contractual maneuver with a potential buyer. I am not in the camp that SK is making illegal moves. Especially after the ASM votes I think he wants the pps as high as possible.
